Payment Terms and Conditions
Iris Pro Imaging accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. ROES invoices with Iris Pro Imaging will be charged daily. Monthly or bi-weekly accounts are available on an individual basis.
Pricing is subject to change without notice. The most current pricing will be found on our website, www.irisproimaging.com, or ROES ordering program.
Iris Pro Imaging is required to collect sales tax on all orders delivered to the state of Kentucky, unless we have been provided with a sales tax exemption certificate. A tax exemption form is available upon request and must be filled prior to billing. Tax is nonrefundable on all orders that have been previously billed.
Iris Pro Imaging cannot copy or reproduce any file, image, or other medium that contains a copyright and/or studio name without the written consent of the image’s owner.
Limit of Liability
The staff at Iris Pro Imaging takes every precaution to insure that any materials you leave in our possession are returned to you in the same condition as we received them. If there is damage to your order or any error in its fulfilment, please contact our staff so that we may correct the situation in a timely manner.
Submitting any film, print, or digital file to Iris Pro Imaging for processing, printing or other handling constitutes an agreement on your part that any damages or loss by our company or agents will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of said item. Except for such replacement, acceptance of disks, photo cards, and prints is without other warranty or liability. Recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
If you find there to be errors or damage to your order, please contact us immediately to begin the correction process. By providing the original order number and the desired corrections, we will be able to reprint the files with the original order specifications. If you wish to modify the order from the original specifications, you must submit a new job and pay full price.
We reserve the right to refund your money, issue you a credit or redo any order that you may find to be unsatisfactory.
